You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve 8350i™ smartphone.
If your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone is reset, you might lose all unsaved Direct Send contact information in your mailbox. A reset occurs if you remove and reinstall the battery on your smartphone, or it may occur if the smartphone encounters an unexpected internal error. Outlook and all saved contacts are not impacted and this issue does not occur when powering the smartphone Off/On.
This is a known issue and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update. Note: To avoid losing contact information, it is recommended to save Direct Send contact information upon receipt.
