You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Instinct®.

The Instinct User Guide references the ability of Desktop Sync to support Lotus Notes. If you attempt to download the Desktop Sync client to your computer from either the Mobile Sync web portal or the in-the-box CD, the screen provides a note that Sprint Desktop Sync for Lotus Notes will be available soon.

IBM Lotus Notes isn't supported at this time on the Instinct. A date for future availability hasn't been determined.
