You may experience the following issue with your Palm® Centro™.
When using the Sprint Music Manager to transfer music on your Palm Centro, you may receive the error message Cancel a transfer. Restart the rest of the transfer and the application may lock-up.
This is a known issue and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.
If you experience this issue, as a work around, you can manually terminate the music application by performing a soft reset of the smartphone.
