You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Instinct®.

The Instinct application that launches Weather, News, Sports, Movie, Entertainment News or Marine Forecast may occasionally prevent the launch of any or all of these channels.

To fix this application issue, follow these steps:

1. Open your web browser
2. Click the eye icon on the lower left of your screen to display the address bar
3. Click inside the address bar and type http://pxme.us/in2//
4. Click Done
5. Once the download is complete, a white browser screen will appear.
