You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Instinct®.
If you send a 2 minute or longer video from your Instinct to a person on another wireless carrier, they may not receive the message.
This is a known network-related issue, and we are working to remedy it. Until then, to minimize this issue, send videos that are less than 2 minutes in duration to those on another wireless carier.
