You may experience the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve" 8350i smartphone.

When you call your voicemail from your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone using a Bluetooth® or wired headset, the audio may simultaneously play through both the headset and the speakerphone with the sound volume divided between the two.

This is a known issue and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.

If you experience this issue, to work around it, end and reattempt the voicemail call.
