You may experience the following issue with your LG Lotus™

If you use the Back to the Beginnings icon while viewing a video attachment in the email application, the volume will change to Mute.

This is a known issue and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update. Once the fix is available, you will be advised that an update is available when you launch the email application.

If you need to work around this issue, you can use the Up/Down volume key on the side of the phone to manually readjust the volume level.
