Fix an issue when there is no network connection on your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone after a short charge time to a fully drained battery

Last updated: Jan 28, 2010

A software update corrects the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8350i smartphone.

If your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone battery is allowed to fully discharge, and the battery has not been charged to approximately a one bar or 15% charge level, you may not be able to connect to the Mobile Network using the "Manage Connections" feature.

To fix this, please update your handset software to version v4.6.1.128 (225) or greater.

Note: At any time, you can check that you have the latest software version for your phone. For instructions on how to check your software version and update your phone software, refer to Check for Updates.
