Fix an issue when you are not hearing call alerts on your BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone when listening to music with a Bluetooth headset

A software update corrects the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8350i smartphone.

When you listen to music on the BlackBerry Curve 8350i using a Bluetooth® headset and receive an incoming call from a person who has enabled "Auto Send My Information" on his or her phone, your music will continue to play and the Call Alert tone will not be heard over the Bluetooth headset. This does not occur when using a wired headset.

To fix this, please update your handset software to version v4.6.1.128 (225) or greater.
