Fix an issue when you can still hear applications when the audio profile is set to Off on your BlackBerry Pearl 8130 smartphone

When you have the sound set to OFF on your BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8130 smartphone, you will still hear audio if you are listening to Sprint Music, Sprint TV or other third-party media applications on the phone.

This is by design, and the phone is operating properly. To control the sound, use the audio controls associated with the application you're using.
