You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Rant™.

If you have your Rant set to Spanish mode and delete a Picture Mail message, the phone will freeze or lockup for several minutes and then clear on its own. During this time, the phone will be unable to receive calls. When the lockup state clears, the Picture Mail message will not be deleted.

This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update. Until then, to avoid having the phone lockup when deleting Picture Mail messages, switch to English mode before deleting them.
