Fix an issue when you hear an echo of your conversation during a call on the BlackBerry Curve 8350i smartphone

A software update corrects the following issue with your BlackBerry® Curve" 8350i smartphone.

When on a call, you and/or the person you're talking with may hear an echo of the conversation. To fix this, please update your handset software to version 4.6.1.204 (316) or greater.

If you need to work around the problem, you can minimize it by:

  • Lowering the smartphone volume
  • Using the in-kit headset
  • Removing any accessory case
