You may experience the following issue with your HTC Touch Diamond™.

When you listen to music using the Touch Diamond TouchFLO™ Sprint Music application and preview music on the Sprint Music Store web page, you will hear the two audio streams at the same time. This experience may also occur with other applications and is normal for multi-tasking smartphones such as the Touch Diamond using the Windows Mobile® operating system.

To avoid multiple music audio streams playing at the same time, use the Pause button in the Sprint Music application to pause your music before previewing music in the Sprint Music Store.
