You may experience the following issue with your Samsung Rant".

Your Rant's web browser might freeze or lockup when you try to open it.

This is a known issue, and we are working to remedy it through a future handset software update.

Until then, to correct the problem, you can reset the web browser by following these steps:

1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key
2. Select Settings > More > Security and enter your lock code (by default, it's the last four digits of your phone number)
3. Select Erase/Reset
